Operation Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Draft and finalize LOI (Letter of Intent) documents and agreements with franchise partners.
- Handle all pre-launch activities, ensuring timely coordination and execution.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and franchise partners until the successful launch of the franchise.
- Collaborate with the accounts team to reconcile and settle franchisee accounts.
- Facilitate internal team coordination, including organizing and leading weekly meetings to ensure alignment on pre-launch tasks.
- Maintain consistent communication with franchisee partners to address concerns and provide updates during the pre-launch phase.
- Support sales calls and actively contribute to closure processes to meet franchise on boarding goals.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in handling documentation and agreements.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and account reconciliation processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Problem-solving and proactive mind-set to handle challenges effectively.
Pay: From ₹22,000.00 per month
