**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and execute trades from Fund Manager/Seniors
- Share trade details with brokers, confirm execution, and ensure proper allocation.
- Communicate with custodians and ensure accurate settlements.
- Daily monitoring of all portfolio balances, stock positions, and health checks.
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly performance reports.
- Support RM, CP, and Client Services teams for reports, queries, and complaints.
- Handle cross-sell initiatives for Mutual Funds (MF) and PMS.
- Execute tasks assigned by senior management.
- Conduct monthly market and portfolio data analysis.
- Ensure DP reconciliation, track advisory dividends, and maintain system backups.
- Record and report trade mistakes, system errors, and operational issues.
- Participate in team training, group meetings, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Contribute to system and process improvements with new ideas and initiatives.
- Maintain grooming, punctuality, and a professional work ethic.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's in Finance/Commerce; certifications like NISM are a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in investment operations or related roles.
- Strong Excel skills and knowledge of MF, PMS, and financial products.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
