- In this role, you will be responsible for managing contractual documents of large businesses and ensure we are compliant contractually. There will be multiple client interactions to ensure they have regular updates and are aware well ahead of time of the requirements. There'll be senior leadership interaction within Genpact for giving regular updates and interactions_

**_ Responsibilities_**:
**_ Work with the Global Operating leaders of the accounts_**

**_ You will have to ensure we are compliant contractually_**

**_ Work closely with the legal team to interpret and different clauses and of the contract_**

**_ Help build trackers for commercials commitment as per contract and ensure there is planning well ahead of time of commitments_**

**_ Qualifications we seek in you_**:
**_ Minimum qualifications_**

**_ Minimum Bachelor’s Degree - B.Com,_**

**_ M.COM/MBA with at least relevant experience in managing contracts._**

**_ Excellent comm. skills - Verbal & Written_**

**_ Must be detailed oriented, organized, with a great sense of urgency, and hardworking_**

**_ Preferred qualifications_**:
**_ Chartered Accountancy / LLB._**

**_ Ability to work independently, multitask and take ownership_**

**_ Working with multiple stakeholders to implement solutions_**
