- In this role, you will be responsible for managing contractual documents of large businesses and ensure we are compliant contractually. There will be multiple client interactions to ensure they have regular updates and are aware well ahead of time of the requirements. There'll be senior leadership interaction within Genpact for giving regular updates and interactions_
- Responsibilities_
- _Work with the Global Operating leaders of the accounts_
- _You will have to ensure we are compliant contractually_
- _Work closely with the legal team to interpret and different clauses and of the contract_
- _Help build trackers for commercials commitment as per contract and ensure there is planning well ahead of time of commitments_
- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum qualifications_
- _Minimum Bachelor’s Degree - B.Com,_
- _M.COM/MBA with at least relevant experience in managing contracts._
- _Excellent comm. skills - Verbal & Written_
- _Must be detailed oriented, organized, with a great sense of urgency, and hardworking_
- Preferred qualifications_
- _Chartered Accountancy / LLB._
- _Ability to work independently, multitask and take ownership_
- _Working with multiple stakeholders to implement solutions_
