- Responsibilities_
- _Reviewing and should be analytic unbilled reports._
- _Conducting calls with Project managers and discuss Project data._
- _Gathering Billing related backups from Project Managers_
- _Project setup Validation per PO/Contract (ERP Charlie)_
- _Generating Invoices (Debit/credit/AR, etc.)_
- _Auditing of Project status_
- _Responsible to showcase strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment._
- _Ability to comprehend and communicate effectively with the customers (written & verbal)_
- _Articulate calls inputs from Service agents to share for billing requirements._
- _Ensure correct inputs are done for billing details alignment of Headcount._
- _Coordinating with billing team for any invoice generation_
- _Should be willing to work overtime and work on weekends._
- _Support on Ad-hoc reports & Quarter Closing Activities_
- Minimum Qualifications_
- _University Graduate_
- _Excellent Oral and Written English Communication Skills._
- _Open to work in 24*7 window and rotational shifts_
- _Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint._
- _Ability to learn quickly, think independently, and develop new processes/analyses as required._
- _Strong attention to detail._

- Preferred Qualifications/ Skills_
- _Relevant years of support or experience with client contact_
- _Knowledge of Data acumen is a big advantage._
- _Knowledge using BI tools is an added advantage_
