**JOB TITLE**: Resident Medical Officer
**LOCATION**: Malad
**TERMS**: Full Time
**SALARY**: 20000 -250000
**REQUIREMENTS**:
8 hours morning and evening shift and 10 hours of night shift (rotational shift) with 6 day working
We are seeking a highly capable medical officer to manage our medical team and to supervise the healthcare services that they provide. In this role, your duties will include serving as a clinical advisor, overseeing clinical trials, and maintaining high standards of inpatient care.
**Responsibilities**
- Detailed rounds of ALL patients are to be taken twice in an 8-hour shift and 3 times in a 10/12-hour shift.
- To take round with all the Consultants and classified specialists & to document the instructions & to ensure their compliance
- Examination of all vitals will be done at each round.
- Inform the consultant about patients after rounds.
- Inform the consultant immediately if there is any change in the patient’s condition.
- Patency of IV lines will be checked at each round, also check for thrombophlebitis and localised swelling.

- and post-operative care
- To receive patient from other hospital & Transportation of patient.
- Liaising daily with staff including other doctors, non-medical management staff and healthcare professionals for proper care of the patients
- Taking required appointments for various investigations and procedures
- Calculating Total Fluid input and Urine output for all NICU/PICU patients daily.
**Solving patients’ problems**
- You are expected to solve patients’ immediate problems
- You will make note of their queries/problems and inform the consultant accordingly
- You will not counsel/commit anything to the patient without instructions from the consultant.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in medicine.
- Advanced knowledge of medical research methodology and ethics.
- Extensive knowledge of medical recordkeeping practices.
- Advanced ability to ensure the highest standards in patient care
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
