Emergency Care: In case of medical emergencies, you will be required to respond promptly and provide immediate medical attention. This may involve resuscitation, stabilizing patients, administering emergency medications, and coordinating with other medical staff to ensure appropriate care is provided.
Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records is essential. You will be responsible for documenting patient information, treatment plans, medications prescribed, and other relevant details in accordance with hospital policies and legal requirements.
Collaboration: As an RMO, you will collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as senior doctors, nurses, and technicians, to ensure coordinated patient care.
