**Job Overview**:
The Resident Medical Officer (RMO) will be responsible for providing medical care to patients, managing emergencies, and assisting in clinical procedures as required in the ENT department. This role demands a highly motivated individual who can work effectively in a team, manage patients with care, and maintain the hospital's standards of excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Care**:

- Monitor and assess patient health conditions regularly.
- Administer treatments as per the consultant’s instructions.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
- **Emergency Response**:

- Provide prompt care in emergency situations.
- Ensure stabilization of critical patients before consultation.
- **Clinical Assistance**:

- Assist consultants during surgeries, procedures, and rounds.
- Ensure pre
- and post-operative patient care as per protocols.
- **Coordination**:

- Coordinate with nursing staff and other departments for patient management.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding treatment plans.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Oversee proper documentation of medical records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and medical standards.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Education Qualification**:

- MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery) from a recognized medical college or university.
- Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or relevant state medical council.

**Preferred Education Qualification**:

- Postgraduate Diploma or Degree in a relevant specialization, such as:

- Diploma in Otorhinolaryngology (DLO).
- MS (ENT) - Master of Surgery in ENT.
- Fellowship or certification in emergency medicine or critical care (if applicable).

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage medical emergencies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using medical software and maintaining documentation.
- Team player with a patient-centric approach.

**Experience**:

- 0-3 years of experience as an RMO or in a similar role.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

**Work Environment**:

- Rotational shifts, including night duties.
- Fast-paced and dynamic healthcare setting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,836.82 - ₹28,000.00 per month
