We have an opening in our IT Governance team for an Applications Administrator, where you would contribute to the endeavours of the team and help us lead governance and compliance related initiatives and projects, which may extend across IT and into other groups such as quality and clinical development services. You will work under supervision to help develop and institute standards for ensuring IT remains compliant with internal SOPs and best practices, as well as regulatory requirements.

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
- Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2 years’) or equivalent combination of education, training, & experience.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across the organization and interact, collaborate, influence and negotiate effectively at all levels.
- Critical thinker with good judgment and strong initiative.
- Creative thinker and innovative problem solver, demonstrating the ability to identify, diagnose and troubleshoot problems, then take action to resolve, working with other groups where necessary.

- Ability to learn quickly and effectively.
- Awareness of Six Sigma and/or other process improvement frameworks.
