**What you'll do**:

- Provide general IT support for our Bangalore office
- Develop and Maintain Jira workflows, automations, and integrations
- Administer Okta identity management platform, including user lifecycle and access management
- Implement automation solutions to streamline employee access management
- Manage local IT assets and infrastructure
- Collaborate with US-based staff on office infrastructure management

**What you have**:

- Demonstrated experience with Jira administration, workflows, and automation
- Knowledge of Okta administration and identity management practices
- Basic Windows and Linux troubleshooting capabilities
- Basic knowledge of networking and wireless technologies
- Understanding of IT security best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities in cross-cultural environments
