**Job Specifications**:
**Skill Sets Required**:

- Strong experience with Linux-based infrastructures, Linux/Unix administration
- Strong experience with databases such as SQL, MS SQL, MySQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, Elasticsearch,
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Java, JavaScript, Perl, Ruby, Python, PHP, Groovy,
Bash.
- Experience with project management and workflow tools such as Agile, Jira, WorkFront,
Scrum/Kanban/SAFe, etc.
- Experience in working with Puppet or Chef for automation and configuration.
- Effectively manage and assign projects as necessary while lending support to the team.
- Actively troubleshoot any issues that arise during testing and production, catching and solving issues before launch
- Good understanding and knowledge of commands in windows and linux.
- Basic knowledge about Active directory, Group Policies & Remote Desktop user properties
- Advance knowledge in Logs structure for windows and Disk space analyses
- Intermediate knowledge in Networking especially in VPN on routers(SonicWall preferred)
- Analytical skill
- Intermediate knowledge about Monitoring (Solarwinds preferred)
- Basic Power Shell scripting and shell scripting.
- Basic knowledge on SSL and load balancer
- Intermediate knowledge of FTP protocol
The position will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:

- Monitor tomcat services on services for various products
- Monitor Database level services for MySQL and MSSQL
- Monitor Solarwinds for WAN health
- Communicate information on a regular basis about outages and issues.
- Provide support to providers with technical problems like Remote Desktop Connection, Remote
- Printer mapping etc within the SLA parameter
- Manage aged incidents to ensure they are not stagnant
- Work on scheduled task for network analyses for pre client set-up
- Troubleshoot on VPN related network issues.
**Working Relationships**:
Need to work with all departments mainly with Support/ Implementation/Interface etc.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
