**Role & responsibilities**

As an RCM Trainer, you will be responsible for imparting knowledge and expertise related to revenue cycle management to our staff members. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our financial processes, optimizing billing procedures, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct training sessions for new hires, as well as ongoing refresher training for existing

staff members to ensure a thorough understanding of RCM principles and processes.
- Collaborate with the RCM leadership team to identify training needs and create customized

training plans to address specific challenges and opportunities.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on revenue cycle management topics,

including but not limited to medical billing, coding, claims processing, denial management,
and accounts receivable.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, quizzes, and feedback

surveys, and make necessary improvements to enhance the learning experience.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and changes in billing and coding

guidelines to ensure the training content is current and compliant.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online

resources, to support continuous learning.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they receive proper RCM

training and are well-equipped to perform their roles effectively.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to staff members who may require additional

assistance or improvement in their RCM skills.
- Proven experience as Trainer in RCM with minimum 3 years experience.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, billing guidelines, and coding principles.
- Proficiency in using RCM software and other relevant tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey

complex information to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Must be an Immediate Joiner.
- Should be flexible to work on different shifts as per training needs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
