We are professional and agile, and our goal is to FTBS is a group of organizations that support all healthcare providers and other business owners in growing and streamlining their business functions through the utilization of our staffing and virtual assistant programs to deliver high-quality service and products. We also strive to create a network of all healthcare providers by creating passive income for them and helping them start increasing their business revenues by using our business consultants to structure their operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for calling Insurance companies (in US) on behalf of doctors/physicians and followingup on outstanding Accounts Receivable.
- Schedule the patients as per the client's schedule
- Should be able to handle the incoming calls
- To check the appropriateness of the insurance information given by the patient if it is inadequate or unclear.
- Escalate difficult collection situations to management in a timely manner.
- Review provider claims that have not been paid by insurance companies.

**Job Requirements**:

- Should be willing to work in US Shift.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage work tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Should be Flexible with Shift timings
- Should able to do multitasking

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

- English (required)

Shift availability:

- Night Shift (required)
- Overnight Shift (preferred)
