Responsible for Performing end-to-end AR follow-up on outstanding edits, claims and denials, appeals, claim to analyze.
- Should be proficient with reports and analyze data using Excel tools like VLOOKUP. Pivot table etc.
- This Role involves complete responsibility for running aging reports, proper allocation of jobs amongst the Associates, Training and Mentoring the team members.
- Ensuring the quality of Denial management on an acceptable level by keeping the AR days under the HBMA and MGMA standard.
- Maintains strictest confidentiality; adheres to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations.
- **Experience in US Healthcare Medical billing is Mandatory**

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT**:

- Minimum Graduate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills especially with the team members and clients for all positions.
