**Responsibilities**:

- Contact customers to collect overdue payments and negotiate payment plans.
- Monitor assigned accounts, record collection efforts, and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Build positive relationships, address inquiries, and resolve invoice disputes.
- Prepare statements, invoices, and collection letters; maintain accurate records.
- Adhere to company policies and stay informed about industry regulations.
- Work with accounts receivable team and other departments to resolve issues and improve processes.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
