**Job Title**:Customer Support Executive - Transport Mobile Application

**Key Responsibilities**:
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with customers.
Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
User Education:Educate users on how to use the app effectively and provide guidance on features, settings, and best practices.
Create and update user guides, FAQs, and other support materials to enhance user understanding.
Issue Resolution:Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in a clear and concise manner.
Follow up with users to ensure that their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
Feedback Handling:Gather user feedback, suggestions, and complaints and report them to the appropriate teams for product improvement.
Contribute to continuous improvement by providing insights on common user issues and potential enhancements.
Quality Assurance:Ensure that all customer interactions meet the company's quality standards and adhere to policies and procedures.
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product features and improvements.
Team Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, and QA teams, to ensure seamless user experience and issue resolution.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred but not mandatory.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related role is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using helpdesk software and other customer support tools.
- Ability to remain calm and empathetic when dealing with frustrated or upset customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
