Job Description : IT Executive
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Executive to manage and maintain our school #39;s
IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and providing technical support to staff, students,
and parents.
Key Responsibilities:

- Resolve IT complaints and update the complaint register drive
- Check computers, printers, and internet connectivity for proper functionality
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance
- Maintenance, Repair, and Upkeep (Monthly).
- Install and maintain O365 licenses
- Update the IT inventory sheet
- Clean and maintain systems according to the cleaning schedule
- Label/code hardware devices
- Approve bills for IT devices and review mid-year requirements
- Requisition, Purchase, and Installation (Annual/As needed)
- Review IT devices and prepare yearly requisitions
- Take quotes from vendors, approve, and raise POs
- Install and check new IT devices
- Suggest new systems/devices for better operations

General Support
- Provide IT-related support for school events, meetings, and departments
- Assist with online/virtual education setup and support parents with queries
- Manage the school help desk ID to resolve issues

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

**Additional Information**:
Proven experience in IT administration, technical support, or a related field.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, parents, and vendors.
