**Job Title: Stores In-Charge / Executive**

**Location**: Pune, Maharashtra
**Salary**: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month

**Skep IT Systems** is spearheading recruitment for **LifeFirst Concepts, Pune**.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Stores In-Charge / Executive to oversee the _**management of materials**_ related to _**wastewater treatment projects (STP and ETP)**_ within our organization. This role involves ensuring accurate _**inventory management, efficient inward and outward movement of materials, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining a well-organized storage environment.**_

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and manage stock levels for STP and ETP materials, ensuring accuracy.
- Perform regular stock counts and maintain First-In-First-Out (FIFO) inventory rotation to minimize obsolescence and waste.
- **Monthly Inventory Submission and Stock Reconciliation**:

- Conduct periodic stock reconciliations to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
- Submit detailed monthly inventory reports to the accounts department by the 30th of each month.
- **Inward and Outward Inventory Management**:

- **Inward Inventory**: Oversee the receipt, inspection, and proper storage of incoming goods; verify quantities and conditions against purchase orders and prepare Goods Receipts Notes.
- **Outward Inventory**: Manage the timely dispatch of materials to production and other departments, ensuring all outgoing materials are recorded and verified.
- **Coordination with Stakeholders**:

- **Contractor Coordination**: Work closely with contractors to ensure timely availability of materials for project completion.
- **Interdepartmental Coordination**: Collaborate with the Production and Purchase Managers to maintain a seamless supply chain, resolve inventory issues, and optimize stock levels.
- **Bin Card Updates**:

- Regularly update bin cards to reflect accurate stock levels and movements for transparency.
- **Warehouse Organization**:

- Maintain an organized and safe storage facility, ensuring optimal space utilization, clear labeling, and easy access to materials.
- Follow safety standards to create a clean and secure work environment.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate inventory records, update stock levels in the system, and generate detailed reports on inventory status and movement trends.
- Provide regular stock level updates to management, highlighting potential shortages and reordering requirements.
- **Cost Control & Waste Reduction**:

- Implement strategies to minimize excess inventory and reduce costs, including evaluating reorder points and managing slow-moving stock.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 3-5 years in inventory or store management, preferably in the manufacturing or engineering sector.
- **Age**: 25-45 years.

**Skills & Knowledge**:

- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, ERP systems).
- Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and materials used in wastewater treatment projects (STP and ETP).
- Ability to work proactively, dependably, and effectively within a team environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
