- Overall coordination right from receiving of enquiry from customer/shipper to delivery of cargo to the consignee at destination, etc
- Maintain close contact with key customers to assist them in logístical optimization and general satisfaction with our unique partnerships
- Provide timely updates to customers on shipment status
- Keeping close contact with internal stakeholders (Planning, Sales, Marketing
