**Your Roles**
- Perform appropriate duties as assigned by supervisor
- Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle
- Responsible for achieving the planned production in the assigned workstation to meet the target and monitoring the equipment & process during operation to ensure quality production
- Follow production guidelines and specifications
- Ability to be a team member to develop
- Perform preventative maintenance (PM) of production equipment, including cleaning, part replacement and general PM as recommended by the equipment manufacturer and the process owner
- Communicates technical information of machinery and processes to the necessary departments such as Engineering, Operation, QA, and Information Technology
- Reporting any issues to the supervisor on duty.
- Perform flawless documentation works
- Deliver activities related to monitoring in-house / customer formal complaints
- Maintains safe work ethics
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

**Your Background**
- Able to effectively communicate through both verbal and written with supervisor and teammates
- Develop positive attitude and mind set
- Decent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within timeline
- Diploma degree preferred
- Should be flexible in the rotational shift system
- Must be ready to work in extended shifts and Saturdays if needed
- Ability to maintain good physical and mental health
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistently, including productivity standards
- Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance - and completion on-time
- Ability to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone and respond to mails effectively.
