Planning and Coordination: The Operations Executive is responsible for planning and coordinating all operational aspects of the event, including logistics, venue, equipment, staffing, and transportation.

Budget Management: The Operations Executive is responsible for creating and managing the operational budget for the event, ensuring that all expenses are within budgetary constraints.

Staff Management: The Operations Executive manages the operational staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.

Risk Management: The Operations Executive identifies and mitigates risks associated with the event, such as safety concerns, security issues, and weather-related problems.

Logistics Management: The Operations Executive manages the logístical aspects of the event, including transportation, lodging, and equipment rental.

Client Management: The Operations Executive we works closely with the event management team to manage client relationships and ensure that their needs and expectations are met throughout the event planning process and during the event.

Vendor Management: The Operations Executive manages vendor relationships, including contract negotiation, vendor selection, new vendor scouring and vendor performance management.

Quality Control: The Operations Executive is responsible for ensuring the quality of the event execution, including customer satisfaction, event design, and event evaluation.

Reporting: The Operations Executive prepares reports on the operational aspects of the event, including budget, staffing, logistics, and vendor performance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹15,086.00 - ₹30,977.33 per month
