**About the Role**:
We are looking for a **smart, customer-focused Retail Store Executive** to manage daily store operations and deliver an excellent shopping experience.
- Please note:_ **This is a front-end retail store role, not a warehouse or back-end logistics position.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee **daily store operations** and ensure smooth functioning on the shop floor.
- Provide a **great customer experience** through active engagement, product knowledge, and service excellence.
- Maintain **visual merchandising standards** and ensure displays follow brand guidelines.
- Support **sales targets** through upselling, cross-selling, and customer relationship management.
- Monitor **inventory and stock levels** within the store (not warehouse) and minimize shrinkage.
- Assist in **basic P&L tracking, margins, and store profitability analysis** (training provided).
- Participate in **in-store promotions, events, and campaigns**.
- Ensure compliance with all **store policies, hygiene, and safety standards**.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills**.
- Strong **interest in front-end retail operations** and customer engagement.
- Basic understanding of **retail P&L, margins, and shrinkage control** (training provided).
- Smart, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working **weekends, holidays, and retail hours**.
