Role Overview

As a Retail Store Executive, you'll be the face of Frido in-store, delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and ensuring store standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage customers and drive sales
  • Manage POS, billing, and stock
  • Maintain store standards
  • Represent the brand

Requirements

  • 2–4 years in retail/customer-facing roles
  • Strong communication and customer-first approach
  • Familiar with POS/Excel/inventory tools
  • Comfortable working weekends/holidays
