Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune. The Store Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing retail operations, driving sales, and assisting with inventory management. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as interacting with customers, handling transactions, maintaining store displays, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment. The Store Executive will also need to coordinate with other team members to achieve store targets and deliver an excellent shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service skills and Communication skills
  • Experience in Retail and Sales
  • Background in Commerce is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or related field is preferred
