**Position**: Retail Store Executive
**Location**: Viman Nagar,Pune
**Department**: Retail Operations
**Reports To**: Store Manager
- **Customer Service**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- **Sales & Business Development**:

- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the store's profitability.
- Implement sales strategies and promotions to boost revenue.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance the average transaction value.
- **Store Operations**:

- Oversee the store's visual merchandising and ensure product displays are attractive and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and stock availability.
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and regular stock audits.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the store team to create a positive and productive work environment.
- Support new staff training and share best practices.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:

- Maintain daily sales records and prepare sales reports.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

**Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
