**Job Summary**:As a Production Supervisor at [Company Name], you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating daily manufacturing operations to ensure the efficient and safe production of our products. You will be responsible for managing production teams, optimizing processes, and maintaining quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision**: Lead and oversee production teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve production goals and targets.
- **Production Planning**: Develop and implement production schedules, allocate resources, and monitor production progress to ensure timely delivery of products.
- **Quality Control**: Maintain quality control standards by conducting inspections, addressing non-conformance issues, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify areas for process improvement, implement best practices, and optimize production workflows to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure that all production activities adhere to safety protocols, and promote a culture of safety within the production team.
- **Training and Development**: Provide training to production staff, assess skill levels, and identify training needs to enhance team capabilities.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and manage inventory levels, liaise with the materials department to ensure materials are readily available, and minimize stockouts.
- **Reporting**: Generate reports on production performance, efficiency, and quality metrics, and provide regular updates to the Production Manager.
- **Cost Management**: Control production costs within budgetary constraints while maintaining high-quality standards.
- **Conflict Resolution**: Address personnel issues, conflicts, and grievances promptly and professionally.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of innovation.

**Salary**: ₹9,982.22 - ₹15,000.00 per month
