Precised talent is hiring for a Dispatch Executive with a hardware manufacturing company in Kavi Nagar, Ghaziabad.

Designation: Dispatch Executive

Department: Logistics

Manage the dispatch process for all customer orders, ensuring that products are delivered in a timely and efficient manner

Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure that all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time

Communicate with customers and logistics partners to provide delivery updates and resolve any issues that may arise.

Maintain accurate records of all dispatch operations and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed in a timely manner

Monitor and report on dispatch performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to drive efficiency

Ensure that all dispatch equipment and vehicles are properly maintained and serviced

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field

2+ years of experience in dispatch operations or a related field

Strong knowledge of dispatch processes and systems

Good communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP
