**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day packing operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in the

packaging process.
- Monitor and guide the packing team, providing training and direction to ensure

adherence to packing standards.
- Ensure proper packaging of batteries and materials, following safety guidelines

and quality control protocols.
- Oversee packing material inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels for smooth

operations.
- Implement and maintain quality checks during packing to ensure products meet

required specifications.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely packaging and

dispatch of products.
- Monitor equipment used in the packing process, ensuring proper maintenance

and smooth functionality.
- Prepare and maintain packing reports, tracking production numbers, materials

used, and overall performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols to maintain a safe

working environment.

**Key Skills and Requirements**:

- 3 years of experience in a packing or supervisory role, preferably in the battery or

manufacturing industry.
- Technical knowledge related to packing machinery and processes.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage and direct the packing

team.
- Attention to detail to ensure quality control in packaging.
- Knowledge of safety standards related to packaging and handling of materials.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
