**Role Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with web developers and project managers to execute UX research & UI design projects.
- Collaborate with senior designers and project managers to execute graphic design concepts that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance design concepts.
- Adapt designs based on feedback from clients and team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design skills and techniques.
- Maintain organized files and documentation to facilitate efficient project management and collaboration.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite software, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design projects and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality design work.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior internship or work experience in graphic design is a plus but not mandatory.
