A Reputed Manufacturing Company is looking for a **Junior** **Sales & Commercial Executive who has rich experience in Govt. Tenders, Online Auctions, Sales, and Logistics**

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Follow up with PSUs and government plants for payment and status of bills
- Track Vehicles
- Update Google sheets against Supplies with details of Shortage, GARNS, Receipt Weight, Analysis Reports, Bill Submissions, Bills Maturity, etc
- Participate and represent the companies in tenders and subsequent negotiations
- Attending Inquiry calls and noting responses
- Maintain Register of Incoming and Outgoing Couriers
- Updating the dispatch status to clients
- Track Vehicles using Fleet Tracking Apps
- Prepare order status and bill status reports in MS excel from sales registers, the status of each bill, etc

**Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications**
- Should have Excellent (verbal and written) Communication Skills and Excellent Proficiency in English
- Drafting should be free from Grammatical errors
- Should be aware of Tender Related Terminologies like EMD, BGs, FDs, Tender Security, etc.
- Should be aware of CVC Guidelines. If not can be updated or trained by the seniors
- Should be able to communicate with officials of PSUs, and Big Private Institutions regarding the release of payment.
- Prior Experience in the Sales Department of a Heavy Industry / Manufacturing field
- Excellent Proficiency in Excel and should know in putting all the basic formulas in Excel and subsequent knowledge of Google Sheets

**Salary: Above Industry Standard.**

**Job Location: Guwahati, Assam**

**Experience: 2 years (Minimum)**

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
