**Front Office Admin**

**Job Summary**:
Admin/receptionist will handle a variety of administrative support tasks, including answering phones, receiving visitors, preparing meeting, and training rooms, sorting and distributing mail, and making travel plans.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Helping maintain workplace security and maintaining visitor logs.
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans.
- Preparing meeting and training rooms.
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
- Maintaining attendance log, files, records and documents as required.
- Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
- Sorting and distributing mail.
- Keeping track of office supplies and other housekeeping items.
- Scheduling appointments as requested by manager
- Staff announcements

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- 0-1-year work experience as an admin.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competency in computers and Microsoft Office.
- Good time management skills.
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time M-S - 9 am to 6:30pm, Contract 1.5 years min, increment post 1 year

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
