
Administration Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and organize physical and digital files, documents, and records in a systematic manner for easy retrieval.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls for team members, ensuring efficient time management.
- Manage office supply inventory, restocking items when necessary to ensure a seamless workflow.
- Assist with event coordination and logistics, including internal meetings and external conferences.
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate efficient communication and streamline administrative processes.
- Co-ordinate with HR team and support HR-related activities
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications:
- Minimum - any degree qualification
- Proven two years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and familiar with office equipment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
- communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knows to use zoho and must be willing to travel.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
