**Job Description: E-Commerce Executive (Freshers)**

**Position**: E-Commerce Executive

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Product Listing & Optimization**:

- Create, update, and maintain product listings across e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and company websites.
- Ensure accurate descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Optimize listings using keywords for better visibility and ranking.
- **Order Fulfillment & Inventory Management**:

- Monitor daily orders and ensure timely processing and dispatch.
- Track and update inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- **Customer Service**:

- Resolve issues related to returns, refunds, and replacements.
- **Market Research & Competitor Analysis**:

- Conduct research to identify market trends and competitor strategies.
- Suggest improvements to pricing, promotions, and product offerings.
- **Performance Monitoring & Reporting**:

- Track sales, website traffic, and other performance metrics.
- Prepare reports to highlight growth opportunities and performance improvements.
- **Coordination with Teams**:

- Work closely with the marketing, logistics, and design teams for campaign execution, stock updates, and promotional content.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and e-commerce platforms.
- **Soft Skills**: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with e-commerce tools like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Amazon Seller Central is a plus.
