We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced **E-commerce Account Manager** to join our growing team. As an E-commerce Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the e-commerce business for our brand(s) across various platforms (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, etc.). You’ll work closely with clients, internal teams, and third-party partners to drive sales, improve customer experience, and ensure the growth and success of our online channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Account Management**: Own and manage key accounts across e-commerce platforms, ensuring that all product listings, content, and promotions align with brand guidelines and drive performance.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and execute strategies to optimize sales performance and profitability across all e-commerce channels.
- **Performance Analysis**: Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and platform analytics to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
- **Inventory & Pricing Management**: Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure inventory levels are optimized. Collaborate with the pricing team to set competitive pricing strategies.
- **Client & Partner Relations**: Serve as the main point of contact for clients and external partners. Build strong relationships and ensure alignment on goals and strategies.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with product, marketing, creative, and operations teams to ensure a seamless e-commerce experience.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular performance reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
