**Job Summary**:
The **Guest Relationship Executive (GRE)** is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and handling inquiries or concerns in a professional and friendly manner. The role requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests, enhancing their overall experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Guest Interaction & Hospitality**:

- Greet guests warmly and provide a personalized experience.
- Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and reservations.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently.
- **Customer Service & Satisfaction**:

- Ensure guests have a comfortable and memorable stay.
- Address concerns professionally and provide solutions to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Gather guest feedback and suggest improvements to management.
- **Coordination & Communication**:

- Coordinate with different departments (housekeeping, front desk, concierge, etc.) to fulfill guest requests.
- Maintain communication with VIP guests and long-term visitors to ensure a high level of service.
- Keep accurate records of guest preferences and special requests.
- **Promotions & Upselling**:

- Promote hotel services, special packages, and loyalty programs.
- Recommend restaurants, sightseeing tours, and local attractions.
- Upsell room upgrades, spa services, and other amenities to enhance guest experiences.
- **Event & Special Arrangements**:

- Assist in organizing special events, celebrations, or corporate functions.
- Coordinate personalized services for special occasions like anniversaries, birthdays, and honeymoons.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain guest profiles and update the CRM system.
- Prepare daily reports on guest interactions and feedback.
- Handle payments, billing inquiries, and documentation related to guest services.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
