About the Role:
Are you a customer service champion with a keen eye for detail and a passion for travel? Join our dynamic team as a Customer Care & Marketing Resource You'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting our marketing efforts.
What You'll Do:
Be the first point of contact for our valued customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Assist with travel bookings, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for each customer.
Manage customer relationships, fostering trust and loyalty through clear communication and problem-solving skills.
Maintain data via google sheets, do online research and do guest reach outs as and when required.
Gather customer feedback and analyze data to identify areas for improvement across customer service and marketing strategies.
Stay up-to-date on travel trends and destinations to enhance your interactions with customers.
Who You Are:
You are passionate about travel and understand the importance of exceptional customer service.
You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and address customer concerns effectively.
You are detail-oriented and have a knack for problem-solving, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
You are a team player with a positive and collaborative attitude.
You have a strong foundation in grammar and punctuation.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation is a plus.
