**Job Overview**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**1.Production Scheduling**:Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer orders, inventory levels, and production capacity.

2. **Material Planning and Inventory Management**:Forecast and plan the required raw materials based on production requirements.

3.**Production Efficiency and Monitoring**:Oversee the daily production process to ensure that products (ropes) are manufactured within the agreed timelines, quality standards, and cost targets.

4.**Quality Control and Compliance**:Ensure that products are manufactured according to quality standards and customer specifications.

5.**Capacity Planning**:Assess production capacity and suggest improvements to increase efficiency, reduce downtime, and meet production targets.

6.**Resource Management**:Coordinate with HR and other departments to ensure the availability of the right workforce at the right time.

7.**Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving**:Identify and resolve any issues that may arise in production, such as delays, equipment failure, or material shortages.

8. **Communication and Coordination**:Serve as the primary point of contact between various departments (production, procurement, logistics, sales, and quality control) to ensure smooth production operations.

9. **Documentation and Reporting**:Maintain accurate records of production plans, schedules, and material requirements.

10. **Cost Control**:Work closely with the finance team to track production costs and work to reduce waste and inefficiencies.

**Qualifications Needed**:

- **Education**:
○ A bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.

○ A diploma in Production Planning and Control or Chain Management is beneficial.

**Work Experience Required: 2-5 years**of experience in a production planning or control role, preferably within manufacturing environments related to têxtiles, ropes, or construction materials (tiles).

**Salary Range**: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000/month
