Skan.ai is seeking a Senior Multimedia Designer to lead the effort of visually telling the Skan story by producing consistent, fresh and relevant creative assets for marketing and establish brand guidelines and lead efforts to cohesively update our visual identity system. You will join our growing Marketing department and report to the VP of Marketing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working closely with the VP of Marketing and team to create a roadmap for advancing marketing assets for brand and demand generation purposes
- Developing necessary training materials, guidance, and templates to elevate the quality of work produced by all members of the marketing team
- Proactively sourcing and managing resources (e.g., external designers or freelancers), developing tools and processes to ensure the collective team is meeting deadlines and managing ongoing workload
- Managing the project pipeline and overall team workflow related to design and ensure quality and output
- Managing repository of marketing assets and maximizing asset reuse and efficacy when executing projects, scaling with the firm’s growing needs and digital marketing roadmap
- Producing video and animated assets for several channels, with a clear call to action, that result in lead generation and increased social media engagement
- Strategizing creative concepts through graphic design for internal and external marketing and communications purposes

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Design (Graphic, Product, Industrial, Architecture, Fine Art) or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in creative services or creative operations roles, preferably in the technology industry.
- Solid foundation in graphic design (layout, typography, color, imagery and visual hierarchy).
- Highly self-motivated, hardworking problem-solver with a proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple (sometimes changing) projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced understanding of the world of graphics, including image optimization, file size and type, and font use
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Canva, and HubSpot is preferred
- Ability to collaborate with internal departments ( Marketing, Product, Sales etc.)
- Ability to handle criticism as positive feedback; with the goal and intention in mind for the success of everyone and the business
- Capable of prioritizing workload and quality checking work; must be comfortable asking for guidance if completing priorities come into play; this also means being capable of knowing when to ask for help before it is too late to come up with solutions to meet a deadline
- Attitude of accountability; committed to high-quality output; extreme attention to detail and accuracy
