**Compensation**: ₹20,000 - ₹50,000/month (based on experience)

**Role Overview**

We’re seeking a **Multimedia Visual Designer** — a hybrid creative with a flair for **both photography and graphic design**. This role is for someone who can craft powerful product visuals behind the camera and create compelling designs across digital and print formats. If you're equally comfortable with a DSLR in hand and Adobe Creative Suite on your screen, this role is designed for you.

You’ll be the visual storyteller shaping how Mantara is seen by the world — across e-commerce platforms, social media, packaging, brochures, and brand campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Photography/ Videographer (E-commerce & Lifestyle)**
- Capture high-quality images of luxury hardware for product listings, catalogs, and lookbooks.
- Conceptualize and shoot lifestyle setups that bring products to life in real-world scenarios.
- Edit and retouch photos to align with the brand’s premium aesthetic.
- Highlight product craftsmanship, finishes, and design subtleties through visual framing and lighting.
- Coordinate with teams for campaign shoots and content calendar planning.

**Graphic Design**
- Design brochures, packaging, social media creatives, digital ads, catalogs, and website visuals.
- Develop infographics, animations, and interactive content that engages and informs.
- Collaborate with teams across branding, marketing, product, and BD to understand visual needs.
- Create and manage design templates and brand assets for consistent usage.
- Work with UI/UX layout for website pages and coordinate with developers for seamless execution.
- Create high-quality 3D mockups or product renderings using tools like Blender or Maya.

**Who You Are**
- A **visual thinker** with an aesthetic eye and hands-on technical ability.
- Passionate about photography, branding, design, and storytelling.
- Self-driven and excited to work in a fast-paced, design-led environment.
- Organized with good time management — can juggle multiple design and photography projects with ease.
- Curious, collaborative, and constantly exploring creative trends and innovations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree and or experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Photography, or related field.
- Strong portfolio that includes both photography/ Videography and design work.

Proficient in:

- **Design tools**: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, premiere pro, After Effects,.
- **Photo tools**: Lightroom, Adobe Camera Raw.
- **3D/Rendering tools**: Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or Cinema 4D (preferred).
- Understanding of e-commerce photography standards and post-processing techniques.
- Fluent in English and capable of following creative briefs and visual direction.
