**Key Responsibilities**:
**Front Desk Management**:

- Greet visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and warmth.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure security procedures are followed.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.

**Office Administration**:

- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams.
- Assist in document preparation, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Handle courier and mail distribution.
- Support HR and management with administrative tasks as needed.

**Communication & Coordination**:

- Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders as required.
- Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and travel arrangements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Professional and customer-friendly attitude.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in front desk or administrative roles.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
