**Responsibilities**:
- **Front Desk Operations**: Manage the school's front desk by greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and responding to inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
- **Visitor Management**: Ensure a warm and hospitable environment for all visitors, including parents, students, and staff. Register and guide visitors as needed.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and maintaining records.
- **Communication**: Effectively communicate with parents, students, and staff to relay important information, announcements, and updates.
- **Scheduling and Appointments**: Coordinate appointments for parents and staff with teachers or administrators as required.
- **Emergency Response**: Act as a point of contact during emergency situations and follow established protocols to ensure the safety of students and staff.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
