Overall 3 to 6 Years, Min 2 years in **Events & Webinar based Marketing.**

The associate will be working on demand generation initiatives on Intelligent Automation and RPA.

1. Assist in managing the campaign/content calendar

2. Manage agency/vendor spend to budget

3. Use marketing automation tools to execute campaigns - including setting up landing pages and workflows and tracking campaign performance.

4. Track and optimize campaign performance through measurement and periodic reporting.

5. Provide campaign insight analysis with continuous recommendations for improving performance

6. Create content and manage the content creation process.

7. Proactively pitch and advocate the UST story to audiences based on news cycle opportunity and/or business strategy.

8. Build effective media relationships; be the custodian of these relationships across UST.

9. Actively seek out opportunities and ensure participation of UST leadership in industry forums, stories, and associations

10. Create content for website and/or external communications.

11. Create, manage, and reconcile budget for initiatives; report on effectiveness of spend.

**Job Responsibilities (projects will cover subsets from the below areas)**:
Research for new initiatives/campaigns for lead generation.

Liaison with sales, identify demand trends and create innovative demand generation campaigns
- Plan and execute different lead-gen campaigns like webinars, industry events, etc. and leverage them to generate leads
- Industry Events:
Research and identify relevant global industry events on Intelligent Automation, gather details to qualify and evaluate participation, negotiate sponsorship deal. o Prepare execution plan, manage logistics, vendor-liaison for collaterals, branding etc. for the events.

Promote the event, track and follow-up on the leads generated
- Webinars: o Prepare execution plan, identify speakers, manage logistics, promotions etc.

Audience onboarding and engagement for webinars, marketing agency management to ensure audience quality & quantity.

Track and follow-up on the leads generated from webinars
- Media / Press Relations

Work with UST Media relations team to ensure good media coverage for Intelligent Automation offerings.

Manage Press-Releases, media interviews, podcasts etc.
