The **Quality Incharge** will be responsible for overseeing the inspection of finished goods in a football manufacturing environment. The role involves conducting thorough inspections of the footballs before shipment, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and performing **AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) Testing** to guarantee that products meet the specified criteria for performance and safety.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Finished Goods Inspection**:

- Conduct visual, tactile, and dimensional inspections of finished footballs to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards.
- Verify that all footballs are defect-free, including checking stitching, air pressure, outer cover integrity, and finishing.
- Inspect labels and packaging to ensure they comply with customer and company specifications.
- Perform final testing of footballs, including durability, shape retention, and performance under normal conditions.
- **AQL Testing**:

- Select appropriate samples for testing based on AQL guidelines.
- Perform tests according to AQL methods, including visual defects, dimensional checks, and performance-related tests.
- Report results based on AQL criteria and assist in making decisions regarding the release of goods for shipment.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality control records, and documentation for compliance with AQL standards and customer requirements.
- Provide detailed feedback on quality issues and corrective actions taken.
- Record inspection results, track defects, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with production and manufacturing teams to address quality concerns and improve production processes.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and managers about any deviations from quality standards.
- Support internal audits and facilitate customer audits or visits related to quality standards.
- **Training & Support**:

- Assist in training team members and production staff on quality control processes and AQL standards.
- Promote a culture of quality and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standard.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**:

- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma or equivalent in Quality Control, Engineering, or related field.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
