Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols specific to sports goods manufacturing, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality audits of raw materials, components, and finished products to identify defects, deviations, and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead and mentor quality assurance team members, providing guidance on quality control techniques and best practices.
- Investigate customer complaints and product returns, identifying root causes of quality issues and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, such as defect rates, rejection rates, and customer feedback, and develop strategies to improve overall quality and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of quality control activities, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective action plans.
- Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements related to sports goods manufacturing, and ensure compliance with relevant standards and certifications.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control/assurance roles within the sports goods manufacturing industry.
- Thorough understanding of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools, with experience in implementing quality systems.
- Strong knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes used in sports equipment production.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes of quality issues and implement effective corrective actions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate quality requirements to various stakeholders.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
