**Key Responsibilities**: **Front Desk Management**
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and deliveries.
- Maintain visitor records, logbooks, and security protocols.
**Administration Support**
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and coordinate with vendors.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Prepare and maintain basic reports, documentation, and filing.
- Support HR/Accounts/Operations with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and event logistics.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma (preferred but not mandatory).
- 0-3 years of experience in front office, reception, or administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and customer-oriented.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Knowledge of office management and basic administrative procedures.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Problem-solving and coordination skills.
