Placement Coordinator

Position Overview

A Placement Coordinator for Domestic / Foreign Placement for students is responsible for coordinating and facilitating the placement of students in domestic / foreign clinical institutions for their practical training. To work with various stakeholders including students, faculty, clinical institutions, and government agencies to ensure that the students receive a high-quality and safe training experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Identifying and establishing relationships with reputable clinical institutions in foreign countries
- Assisting students with obtaining necessary visas and travel documents
- Coordinating and facilitating communication between students, faculty, clinical institutions, and government agencies
- Providing pre-departure orientation and training for students
- Monitoring and evaluating the progress and safety of students during their training
- Assisting students with any issues or concerns that may arise during their training
- Staying up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations related to foreign placement of students

Skills Required
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good understanding of laws and regulations related to foreign placement of students
- Experience working with international students or in international education
- Familiarity with visa and travel document processes
- Strong Networking skills to establish relationship with foreign clinical institutions.

**Education**:

- A bachelor's degree in a related field such as education, international studies, or healthcare administration.
- several years of experience in student placement and coordination, preferably in the healthcare or education sector.

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vazhiyampalayam, Coimbatore - 641035, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
