**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Placement Strategy Development**:_
- Develop and implement a comprehensive placement strategy for students in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Video Editing, and Animation courses.
- Collaborate with the academic and administrative teams to align placement activities with the curriculum and industry demands.
- **Employer Engagement**:_
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, companies, and organizations to facilitate placement opportunities for students.
- Identify new companies and industries for potential placement partnerships and internships.
- Organize campus recruitment drives, industry meetups, and networking events.
- **Student Support and Guidance**:_
- Prepare students for placement opportunities through workshops, seminars, mock interviews, and resume-building sessions.
- Provide one-on-one career counseling to help students identify their strengths and career aspirations.
- Assist students in creating professional portfolios, resumes, and cover letters tailored to the creative industry.
- **Placement Operations Management**:_
- Coordinate with employers to schedule interviews, assessments, and other recruitment activities.
- Track and maintain records of student placements, including job offers, internships, and salary packages.
- Regularly report placement statistics and progress to the management team.
- **Alumni Relations**:_
- Maintain relationships with alumni to track their career progress and involve them in college activities, such as guest lectures and workshops.
- Create an alumni network to facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship for current students.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources, Education).
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in placement coordination, recruitment, or career counseling, preferably within the creative or educational sector.
- Strong understanding of the creative industry, particularly in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Video Editing, and Animation.
- Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM software.
- Passion for helping students succeed in their careers.
