Key Responsibilities:
Support project and program managers in project planning, scheduling, and delivery.
Maintain and update project documentation including plans, risks, issues, and status reports.
Monitor project progress and key metrics, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Facilitate regular governance meetings (e.g., steering committees, project reviews) by preparing materials and documenting actions.
Ensure compliance with organizational project management standards, tools, and templates.
Track and manage resource allocation, budgets, and timelines across multiple projects.
Assist in risk and issue management by logging, tracking, and following up on mitigation actions.
Coordinate with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and vendors as needed.
Support continuous improvement of PMO processes, tools, and templates.
