We have an urgent opening for PMO role at Mumbai Location.

JD as follows:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented PMO professional to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have 1012 years of experience in project governance, portfolio management, and delivery oversight in a fast-paced environment. Exposure to Capital Markets or Financial Services will be an added advantage.

The PMO will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects across the organization are well-governed, aligned with strategic goals, and executed efficiently. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement project governance standards, processes, and templates across all projects and programs.
  • Monitor and track program/project progress, budgets, timelines, resource allocation, and key milestones.
  • Support program managers and project lead with reporting, issue resolution, and risk management.
  • Prepare high-quality dashboards, status reports, and executive summaries for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate project reviews and steering committee meetings, capturing action items and decisions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with program objectives and delivery timelines.
  • Maintain a central repository of project documentation, metrics, and best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement of PMO practices and tools across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external audit/regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in capacity planning, budgeting, and financial tracking of projects and programs.
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to junior project managers or PMO analysts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10–12 years of overall experience in Project/Program Management or PMO roles.
  • Proven experience working in large-scale IT or business transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle management (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
  • Excellent knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Clarity, Smartsheet, etc.).
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leadership.
  • Proficiency in creating detailed dashboards and executive-level presentations.
