Qualifications:
- Bachelor's (preferred).
- Work experience (voice/chat/non-voice) (minimum 1 year or above) specifically in Sales Process/Customer service/BPO.
- Excellent negotiation, customer service and sales skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organizes, and prioritizes work.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintaining high sales conversion of sales enquiries on Inbound/Outbound calls.
- To gain product knowledge by handling support tasks before moving into sales.
- Ensure highest level of customer satisfaction on support enquiries via inbound calls/chats.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.
- Troubleshooting customer issues and answering customer queries.
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
- Data entry in various platforms.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
